PROSPER WORLDWIDE CONTRIBUTES AT "IGNITING INNOVATION PLATFORM BUILDING NASHIK STARTUP ECOSYSTEM" under "STARTUP INDIA MISSION"
PROSPER WORLDWIDE (PWW) Contributes to Maharashtra’s Startup Growth Story at "IGNITING INNOVATION" Event in Nashik, India | February 27–28, 2025 | under STARTUP INDIA initiative of Government Of India.
In a significant step toward fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in Maharashtra, the IGNITING INNOVATION: Platform Building for Nashik Startup Ecosystem event was successfully conducted at Gokhale Education Society’s R. H. Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies and Research (RHSCOEMS&R). The initiative was organized by the Directorate of Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship (DSDEEGC), Government of Maharashtra.
The two-day event brought together entrepreneurs, students, investors, mentors and innovation enablers for knowledge-sharing and networking. With sessions ranging from startup showcases and seed funding insights to expert lectures and pitch hackathons, the event aimed to energize Nashik’s emerging startup ecosystem.
Among the distinguished contributors was Mr. Anant Krishna Waghchoure, HEAD BUSINESS OPERATIONS at PROSPER WORLDWIDE (PWW), who played a vital role in the event’s execution. Mr. Waghchoure was invited as an expert speaker to deliver a session on "Building the Right Mindset", offering aspiring entrepreneurs’ guidance on cultivating a sustainable and resilient approach to innovation.
IGNITING INNOVATION was aligned with the visionary missions of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, focusing on National development through Startup India and Make in India initiatives. The event was supported by several key industry bodies including Nashik Industries & Manufacturers Association (NIMA), Ambad Industries & Manufacturers Association (AIMA), Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MACCIA), Laghu Udyog Bharati and the International Business Startup & Entrepreneurs Association (IBSEA).
The organizing committee, students, jury members and investors worked collaboratively to make the event a success. Participants praised the platform for providing meaningful mentorship, funding access and an environment that nurtures bold new ideas.
PWW remains committed to contributing to India’s innovation journey by engaging with young minds, sharing industry insights and actively supporting regional and national entrepreneurship initiatives.
